The full learning path includes:

  • Part 1: Plan and Coordinate Team Outcomes
  • Part 2: Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication
  • Part 3: Support, Monitor, and Improve Team Performance

Once you complete all three microlearnings, you can upgrade to the Professional plan. This provides access to the accredited unit. Successful completion will lead to a Statement of Attainment for BSBXTW401 – Lead and Facilitate a Team, issued by South Sydney College (RTO Code: 45279). This nationally recognised outcome positions you to foster team cohesion, strengthen communication practices, and build positive, collaborative workplace relationships.
