I appreciate the support provided by the Student Services and Administration team. They have been approachable and helpful in assisting with my queries, especially regarding enrolments and schedules. The staff are generally accommodating and respond to concerns with professionalism. One area that could be improved is the response time for inquiries, as there are instances where updates take longer than expected. It would also be beneficial if clearer communication channels were established, especially for urgent student concerns. Overall, SSC has been supportive throughout my studies, and with a few improvements, the service can become even more efficient and student-friendly.
